Termination

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose. Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Bed Bug Service: Terms You Agree To

These terms apply to bed bug inspections and treatments arranged through Just Bitting Bed Bugs, alongside the general Terms and Conditions posted on this website. Booking a service means you accept both. Bed bug work often runs across more than one visit, so a few expectations up front keep the job on track.

Booking, Visits, and Follow-Ups

Just Bitting Bed Bugs makes reasonable efforts to schedule inspections, treatments, and any follow-up visits at the times agreed at booking, in the sequence the method requires. Availability, building or landlord coordination, and technician schedules can move a visit, and we let you know as soon as we can when timing shifts. Last-minute and urgent requests are taken where possible, but a specific time cannot be promised.

Preparing Your Home Before We Arrive

Preparation is part of the treatment working. You are responsible for completing the prep steps provided in advance and for making the affected rooms reachable. That can include laundering and hot-drying bedding and clothing, bagging items, cutting clutter, and pulling furniture away from walls so harborage areas can be reached. For a heat treatment, heat-sensitive items must be removed beforehand, including aerosols and pressurized containers, candles and wax, medications, certain cosmetics, fresh food, pets, live plants, fish tanks, and heat-sensitive electronics or valuables, per the guidance provided. A visit where prep is not finished may be shortened, rescheduled, or charged as noted below.

Methods, Products, and Safety

Just Bitting Bed Bugs chooses the method that fits the situation, which may be heat (thermal) treatment, targeted chemical treatment, or a combination, with encasements and monitoring where useful. Whole-structure fumigation, where offered, is reserved for severe cases under separate arrangements. All products and equipment are used per label directions and applicable local, state, and federal rules. Stay out of treated areas until they have dried or cooled and been cleared for re-entry. Tell Just Bitting Bed Bugs in advance about allergies, chemical sensitivities, fish tanks, or infants, elderly, or immunocompromised residents so reasonable precautions can be taken. Just Bitting Bed Bugs is not responsible for reactions from undisclosed sensitivities or from ignoring re-entry guidance. Bed bugs are not known to spread disease to people, and nothing here should be read as a claim that they do.

What the Service Covers

A standard service includes an inspection to confirm the presence and extent of an infestation, treatment by the chosen method, and any follow-up or re-treatment included in your plan. When the work is done, you receive a service ticket noting the date, the areas treated, the method used, and any prep or follow-up the technician recommends.

Bed Bugs Only: What Falls Outside This Service

Just Bitting Bed Bugs treats bed bugs. A standard service does not include control of other pests such as mosquitoes, termites, cockroaches, ants, rodents, wasps, ticks, or fleas, nor general pest control, structural repair, or wildlife work. Those are outside the scope of bed bug control.

Moving Furniture and Protecting Belongings

Treatment may involve reaching bedrooms, living areas, furniture, mattresses, box springs, baseboards, and other harborage. Just Bitting Bed Bugs takes reasonable care to limit disturbance, but the customer acknowledges that furniture is moved and items are inspected as a normal part of the work. Just Bitting Bed Bugs is not responsible for damage to items that should have been removed before a heat treatment, for pre-existing conditions, or for belongings left in treated areas against guidance. Flag fragile, sensitive, or valuable items before the service date.

Re-Treatment, Warranty, and Why Results Vary

If your plan includes a warranty or re-treatment, you may request a re-service under that plan, and Just Bitting Bed Bugs will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it promptly. Bed bug control often takes more than one visit. Lasting results depend in part on completing the recommended prep, not reintroducing bed bugs from travel or used furniture, the condition of adjoining or connected units, and following the technician's guidance. Customer cooperation is part of the outcome.

When Site Conditions Stop the Work

Just Bitting Bed Bugs may decline or postpone service when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, or when required prep has not been done. That includes hazardous materials, unsafe electrical or structural conditions, aggressive or unsecured animals, or no safe way to reach the areas to be treated. Rescheduling for these reasons may carry a trip or rescheduling charge.

Added Charges

Some situations add to the quoted price:

• Larger homes, extra rooms, or multi-unit buildings that need more time or equipment
• Hard-to-reach areas or heavily cluttered spaces
• Trip charges for inaccessible, unsafe, or unprepared sites
• Short-notice rescheduling or visits where prep was not completed
• Whole-structure fumigation and severe-infestation work
• Emergency and last-minute requests

Added charges are explained before the extra work is done wherever practical, and billed on the terms Just Bitting Bed Bugs provides.

Paying for Service

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion, or on the schedule set for a multi-visit plan, using the methods given at booking. Question a charge with Just Bitting Bed Bugs within a reasonable time so it can be checked against the service ticket and the technician's notes.

Subcontracted and Third-Party Work

When demand, scheduling, or availability calls for it, Just Bitting Bed Bugs may arrange an independent third-party bed bug provider to carry out the work. That provider is independent and not an employee or agent of Just Bitting Bed Bugs, and you are responsible for confirming they hold the licenses, insurance, and permits the job requires in your area. By booking, you accept that Just Bitting Bed Bugs may coordinate fulfillment this way and that not following these terms can lead to service being declined, rescheduled, or charged differently.

This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.
